I am a CTO and hands-on architect with 20+ years across Web3, FinTech, payments, AI, and enterprise integration. I have built blockchain platforms, payment gateways, and a city drone-governance product. I have led distributed teams and delivered systems that had to stay up under compliance constraints, including PCI DSS environments.
The useful part is translating business and legal requirements into architectures a team can actually ship, then holding the delivery process and engineering culture so it does not fall apart at the second product line.
